- Each month, PELAGIC will select one entry to be the “HOT SHOT OF THE MONTH” contest winner
- Each photo will be featured on Pelagicgear.com, Facebook.com/PelagicGear, and other media sources
- Each monthly winner will receive a PELAGIC GEAR PRIZE PACKAGE
- In order to be eligible for this contest, you must: (1) E-mail your photo to contests@pelagicgear.com and include some comments about your entry (all entries will be screened by our panel, and will be posted on Facebook.com/PelagicGear , if deemed eligible); and (2) Complete the submission form and submit with your photo entry so we can contact you if you WIN!
- Each file must be limited to 2 MB or less

By completing this photo submission form, I hereby consent to the online publication of the photo I am providing to Pelagicgear.com as a part of its monthly photo contest.
I also understand that the photo I am submitting will not be returned to me and Pelagicgear.com or Pelagic, Inc. (the company) may, at its own discretion, use the photo in advertisements, marketing campaigns, on the internet, or any other way it sees fit.
In consideration of the said photograph by Pelagicgear.com, I hereby release Pelagicgear.com and/or Pelagic, Inc. from any claim that I may have, or that may accrue to me by virtue of the use of said photograph in accord with this consent.
I understand that Pelagicgear.com reserves the right to reject any photo or refuse to publish same without cause or explanation to me, and should the photograph be rejected by Pelagicgear.com, I waive any objection thereof.
