Returns

Pelagic wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, which is why we offer a FREE 30-day return period on all items ordered from PELAGICGEAR.COM.

SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

To Create a return:

  1. Click “Order Status, Tracking and Returns”. Enter Web ID # (WEB-XXXXXX), Order Email and click “Track Order”
  2. Select items for return
  3. Print out pre-paid USPS return label: For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise - (Excludes Amazon Orders).
    • Puerto Rico, Canada and all other US territories outside of the US, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  4. Your credit card will be refunded when merchandise has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately: 949-642-0646 x 150
  • To file a claim for a defective product, please visit www.pelagicgear.com/warranties for further details for our 90-day warranty policy.

PELAGIC POLARIZED SUNGLASS WARRANTY

All Pelagic Polarized Eyewear comes with Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects with valid proof of purchase from an authorized Pelagic dealer. Please visit https://www.pelagicgear.com/sunglasses-warranty/ for more information.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.

  • All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative size, color or style.
  • Return timeframe starts from original purchase date.
  • PELAGIC is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
  • Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be added to credit.
  • Please allow 30 days for credit too clear once received.
  • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (10%).
