Returns

Items purchased from PELAGIC are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange you will need to return for a refund and place a new order for your items on our website.

SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

Some Exceptions:

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable
  • Holiday Returns: During the holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec. 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th

Return Conditions Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately: 949-642-0646 x 150

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: To file a claim for a defective product, please visit www.pelagicgear.com/warranties for further details.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Did you check out with an account? If so,

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click My Orders, and then the order you are working with
  3. Select items for return*
  4. Print pre-paid return label
  5. Your card will be refunded when received

Did you check out as a guest? If so,

  1. Logon and complete Order ID and Order Email fields under Order Status, Tracking and Returns
  2. Select items for return*
  3. Print pre-paid return label
  4. Your card will be refunded when received

Please allow 7-10 business days from the day your package was received for processing
