Returns

Items purchased from PELAGIC are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange you will need to return for a refund and place a new order for your items on our website.

SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

Some Exceptions:

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable
  • Holiday Returns: During the holiday season (Nov. 1st - Dec. 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 10th

Return Conditions Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately: 949-642-0646 x 150

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: To file a claim for a defective product, please visit www.pelagicgear.com/warranties for further details.

To create a return:

  1. Please visit our website, click “My Account” and complete Order ID (WEB-XXXXX) and Order Email fields under Order Status, Tracking and Returns Section.
  2. Select items for return*
  3. Print pre-paid return label*
  4. Your card will be refunded after product has been received. * Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to process.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the day your package was received for processing*
