Impressed to say the least !! So I bought a pair of Pelagic Legend sunglasses can't remember when within the past couple years , Decided to give them a call about possibly getting them repaired due to my lenses being scratched or maybe even purchasing a new set of lenses , I left them a message and within 24 hours I got a call back from Jake , talk to Jake and told him want I was trying to do because I did like my glasses informed him I didn't have a receipt so I was willing to pay for the new lenses . He asked me some questions about the glasses and he wanted my address and name so I gave it to him, he put me on hold for a little bit went in the back and checked out what he had in stock for lenses,He told me he didn't have exactly what I have but they will work if that's OK , I said absolutely anything is better than what mine are right now , so we ended the conversation with him saying he found a pair of lenses that would work ,I said that's great and he wouldn't accept any payment when I tried and said he was going to send me the lenses no charge .
Well I just got home today and opened up the box (its a lot "bigger" than I expected for a couple lenses) only to find Out that Jake went WAY above and beyond what I expected and let's just say I'm now shocked and adsolutely floored with what I got . I can't promise anyone the same treatment but I can say it never hurts to call a company and discuss the issue with them FIRST before you trash them , they may not be Costa's (quality's the same though believe me) but you should definitely call first and I still recommend that anyone that has issues with their glasses , Because I still can't believe what I recieved in that box !! THANK YOU SO MUCH PELAGIC (Jake) I'M SOLD FOR LIFE NOW its the little things that make big difference in life .........
