- Please email Pelagic Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Warranty Return Authorization Number.
- Once a Warranty Authorization Number is requested, a Pelagic Customer Service team member will provide the customer with our Pelagic Polarized™ Limited Lifetime Warranty form to fill out.
- Pack your Pelagic Polarized Eyewear product in a box and include the completed Pelagic Polarized™ Limited Lifetime Warranty form and your Original Proof of Purchase in the box.
- Pelagic requires a nominal processing fee of $15.00 for ALL Warranty claims. Products deemed defective under the Warranty will be replaced at no cost to customer. Products not covered under the Pelagic Limited Lifetime Warranty will be returned to customer, or Pelagic will replace customer’s product at the following two prices: Glass Lenses - $85.00; Polycarbonate Lenses - $65.00.

Pelagic Sunglass Lifetime Warranty covers against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY (examples):
- Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating
- Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
- Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
- Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels
- Delamination of rubber nose guards
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (examples):
- Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses)
- Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product
- Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc…)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss of eyewear
Ship box via FedEx, UPS, or Certified Mail to: Pelagic Polarized Eyewear, Attn: Warranty Dept., 1660 Placentia Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. Note: PELAGIC is not liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
Please allow 7-10 business days from time of receiving the product for Pelagic Inc. to process your Warranty claim. If style is no longer available, a like item will be selected for replacement.
