Captain Chip Sheehan has been competing in tournaments on the East Coast and throughout the Bahamas for over 25 years with many prestigious wins under his belt. Chip holds the one day angling record for catching 19 sailfish in the Silver Sailfish Derby, a legendary event that has been fished since 1935 and is the oldest billfish tournament in the world.
Chip owns and operates Chips Ahoy Charters out of Boynton Beach, Florida. Chips Ahoy has a 34-foot Billy Knowles walkaround and a 27-foot Conch center console available for charter.
Whether Chip is in Florida fishing a kite spread, on the swordfish grounds waiting for a bite, or in the Bahamas chasing his favorite Pelagics, he is always on the meat!
